The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Office of First Nation Education.
Answering to the Director of the Office of First Nation Education, obligations include:
To administer, arrange, sort out and keep up powerful and productive operation in the Office of First Nation Education;
Capable to answer calls and give data and support to general society over the region as it identifies with the Office of First Nation Education;
In charge of the buying of provisions;
Make and arrangement records, for example, minutes of gatherings, utilizing Microsoft Office programs;
Make courses of action for gatherings and meetings;
Keep up information in the online data framework;
Keep up and overhaul a stock log of all materials got, transported, and put away;
Mailing out assets to schools – pressing, shipping, following.
