Role Summary:

As a member of the HR Services team, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of quality service to our employees and managers with respect to payroll updates, absence management and Human Resources policy and information inquiries. If you are highly organized in your work, have a willingness to learn, and excel in customer service, quality and attention to detail, you will want to consider this opportunity.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Process transactions for employment, payroll, absence or benefit related changes
  • Provide pro-active customer service when responding to employee and manager inquiries
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Research and resolve pay and data issues
  • Participate in process improvement work
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as necessary
  • Educate employees and managers about the location, purpose and functionality of HR information and self-service tools


  • Experience with Payroll Administration
  • Experience and/or education with a focus on Human Resources
  • Good working knowledge of Sun Life Human Resources policies and procedures
