Executive Lead – Centre for Employment Innovation

The Center for Employment Innovation (CEI) at St. Francis Xavier (StFX) University will give authority, cultivate best practices, direct research and empower cooperation in the advancement and conveyance of business administrations over the Province of Nova Scotia. Working inside and upheld by the StFX Extension Department and working in association with government, specialist organizations, group offices and scientists, it will unite individuals and learning to fortify the quality and viability of business administrations crosswise over Nova Scotia so as to cultivate a gifted, flexible and profitable workforce. This position is in Salary Band F, pay extend $67,950-$83,016 for 37.5 hours for every week. This is a three-year contract position.

The perfect possibility for the Executive Lead position will be a calculated mastermind who can bring thoughts without hesitation. S/he will have extensive experience with business benefit advancement and conveyance, group monetary improvement and programming, profession advising, enterprise and authority. The Executive Lead will give guidance to Center staff individuals as they assemble the partner organize, create bolster administrations for work specialist organizations and distinguish and report praiseworthy practices.

Obligations include:

Administer the Center for Employment Innovation and arrange its exercises

Cultivate viable communitarian associations with partners commonly, provincially and broadly

Advance and cultivate development all through the work benefit group and among partners

Recognize and bolster differing qualities and consideration hones in business benefit conveyance

Bolster CEI staff as they build up a connected research motivation and advance model practices

Work intimately with the CEI Steering Committee and the StFX Extension Department to create key bearings, oversee spending plans and finish every single important report

Help and support the StFX Extension Department in propelling the standards of the Antigonish Movement

Capabilities and Skills:

Demonstrated reputation in business benefit program improvement and conveyance, group advancement and initiative

Shown and broad involvement in starting projects and making engaged and maintainable associations

Knowledgeable in labor showcase needs and work programs

Solid expository and administration aptitudes

Capacity to give administration that propels others to investigate new imaginative bearings

Involvement in overseeing funds

Broad experience creating and overseeing organizations

Senior experience working in government, scholarly or business settings

Graduate degree in a proper teach is required
