To carry out servicing and repairs work on all manufacturing gear including hoist, presses, common machines and welding products to obtain highest productiveness and safety through down time.
Makes sure that all equipment is in excellent operating issue.
Troubleshoots unit malfunctions and performs remedial action.
Inspects all equipment for disorders and potential issues in accordance with protective servicing program; repairs and swithces elements as needed.
Guarantees liquid degrees are taken care of at appropriate amounts from the devices and machinery.
Advises Routine maintenance Supervisor to order alternative components as essential.
Level 12 education and learning, certified Ontario Millwright Certificate
Bare minimum 5 years’ expertise in maintenance maintenance
Knowledge of presses up to 1,500 tons, robotics, and so forth, welders and automation.
Robust knowledge of digital pneumatic, hydraulic and operating automation and equipment products
Good interaction capabilities, equally composed and spoken
Successful analytical capabilities
Great usage of issue resolving and decision making
Salary: $28 – $30/hr.
