Advantage Personnel is at present looking for Part time HR help for a term position


– Sorting resumes and email inbox

– Printing and photocopying

– Preparing and sending meeting guides

– Scheduling pre-screening calls and prospective employee meet-up

– Calling references

– Maintaining enlistment report

– Maintaining different records

– Assisting the HR Coordinator and Manager with association and correspondence

– Assisting with get-away demands and course asks

– Other obligations as alloted


– Conduct self with the most extreme polished skill under all conditions

– Excellent written work capacity and verbal correspondence (face to face and on telephone) at all authoritative levels

– Ability to stay centered in a riotous situation

– Good broad learning of HR techniques and enactment

– 1 year of experience working in a Human Resources environment

– Administrative experience

– Minimum of 1 year of related Human Resources information and experience required

– Organizational aptitudes and capacity to set needs and oversee time adequately

– High level of secrecy and polished methodology

– Reliable transportation
