Our customer, a retailer in lease to claim shopper items, tries to draw in a Retail Store Manager to deal with a retail store. Mastery in store administration, retail deals, and accumulations are critical. You will deal with the store and have benefit and misfortune obligation. Resource administration, client improvement, income creation, stock control and accumulations are key result territories for this position.


Deals development and store benefit. Enlist. regulate, prepare and build up all store staff.

Client procurement and improvement.

Rent assentions.

Saving money.

Organization vehicles.

Execution of organization approaches and strategies. Store environment and security.

Stock presentation.

Budgetary reporting at store level.


Solid initiative aptitudes. Fabulous correspondence and interpersonal aptitudes. High vitality level. Shown offering aptitudes. Compelling authoritative abilities. Demonstrated administrative aptitudes. Involvement in “lease to possess” or “rent to claim” hardware, apparatuses and furniture is fundamental. A foundation in a money store environment can be useful.


Focused base pay amongst $40,000 and $50,000 per annum equivalent with experience in addition to reward.
